  1. Hi friends, please watch the New York edition and SUBSCRIBE to my NEW channel here:

    Thank you.

  2. There is this amazing smooth cool inspiring jazz all instrumental prime select selection that I hear once in great while during a grocery visit to Kroger over their "In-Store" (MOSTLY SUCKS) satellite sound system.
I have been unable to time it just right in order to capture it with the Shazam app.
But, I have to keep the faith that the three of us will eventually link up like a perfect total solar eclipse. I'm ready ! The phone stays charged… and so do I.
As soon as I find out who created such a masterpiece, I would like to come back in and let you all know what it is.
I believe you will like it, too. At least, I hope you agree.
In the meantime… enjoy the rest of this great 3 hours of jazz. And the one after this… and the one after that… and so on…

P.S. : A B I G devoted fan of Steely Dan. No need to mention any specific album titles, because ANYTHING and EVERYTHING Steely Dan does is pure God BLESSED SOLID GOLD TALENT GENIUS.
Broke my heart to discover Walter Becker passed away on September 3, 2017. Rest in musical PEACE, Walter.
Thank you, Donald Fagen and Walter Becker for revealing the 1,001 th "F M" (FUCKING MARVELOUS !) dimension.

Another heartbreak to hear about is Joe Sample who went to Heaven on September 12, 2014. "Spellbound" !
If you haven't heard Joe Sample's, "Spellbound", please do so A S A P. Rest in musical PEACE, Joe.

Jazz. Reminds me of New York City nights and "Late Night with David Letterman". The Teri Garr NBC years.

ALL of the aforementioned should have been among the recordings on "The Golden Record" that was mounted on the Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 interstellar probes for some advanced alien civilization to discover and surely enjoy. Because if they didn't enjoy it, then "they" wouldn't be intelligent, now would they ?

    Time for a Jim Beam (me up) Honey. ( UPC Code: 0 – 8 0 6 8 6 – 0 0 6 0 7 – 7) And maybe with some Coca*Cola Classic later on.
(UPC Code: 0 – 4 9 6 3 4 0 – 6 – 12 OZ can) Just lit the fireplace. Wish I had a loving beautiful girl at the moment. What the hell. I'll find her ! Gotta change the oil tomorrow in the Pontiac Trans Am. Mobil 1 5W30 Extended Performance. A '97 model and that of a 6 speed with a 630 HP Horace Mast Motorsports engine! Black.
    Works for me.

God BLESS all of you out there. A Happy New Year of 2018 to us all. Here it comes ! If you're staying in, tune in the BBC to hear Big Ben bong at midnight. London time, of course. When it's 6:00 P. M. Central time in the USA, it will be 12 midnight and 2018 A. D. in London. That makes it official.
WAY past due time for me to shut up.

  3. This jazz reminds me of the daily faculty concerts at a jazz camp I went to. Everyone was chilling, looking at their phones and talking quietly while listening to the great musicians there like Christian McBride and Bruce Williams. There were also many guest musicians, like Marcus Printup. For some reason, the thing that reminds me of then is that in Leshowitz hall, the bass reverberated the same way it seems to in this video. I love this bass. Makes me sad, even though I'll do the camp again this year…

  4. Love the tune at 1:15:33 Funky, jazzy, sway, footloose! If anyone knows who's the artist(s), please let me know! I would appreciate it very much!

  7. Smooth Jazz when done right should never sound like elevator music, for instance Track 14 is fantastic Jazz flute, would never describe it as elevator music. is this all Luong's playing?
