  1. I really look forward to these videos. You have an underrated and under appreciated talent! I hope that you get many more views in the future. Many people (such as myself) need to hear C.S. Lewis' wisdom now more than ever. You have been extraordinarily creative in that you have made these lessons easy to understand and so very interesting to follow. Thank you and please keep up the good work!

  2. If i may add it is when theology is spoken through the arts that we feel the meaning of the incarnate Son stepping into His creation… you are firing our imagination and to quote CS Lewis "For me, reason is the natural organ of truth; but imagination is the organ of meaning. Imagination, producing new metaphors or revivifying old, is not the cause of truth, but its condition."

    Your work exemplifies that statement.

Amazing job sir… As you pour out your talent in worship, may God bless the works of your hands and may you find strength in His Joy.

I always look forward to you videos.

  3. Whats up with the Norwegian stuff at the beginning? I nearly fell out my chair when they suddenly started talking in my native language.

  4. Brilliant illustrations making complex concepts very simple.I love the clarity of thought that C.S Lewis had.Good work.

  5. Just plain phenomenal! I am in the midst of reading Mere Christianity and wanted to look up the original recordings and stumbled on this, it really brings the words to life. Everyone believer or not needs to watch this series and ponder over his ideas and thoughts

  6. Your work is such a blessing! I read Mere Christianity years ago and really enjoyed it, but it was also not an "easy" read, as you likely realize! We decided recently to go through Mere Christianity as a book discussion in our life group. A friend shared your videos and it makes covering the book content SO much easier – and very enjoyable! It seems they would also appeal very much even to an unbeliever. Thank you!

  7. I used this video series in our high school Sunday School class. They each are only about 10 minutes and they really add to the kids' understanding of the material. Fun way to "read" the book. Only wish there were doodles for the entire book!!

  8. CSLewisDoodle, you do such a marvelous job of having the visible illustrations going right along with Mr Lewis' points! Thank you so much for sharing your gifts with us. : )

  9. When we make break the law of right and wrong, we shift the law of right and wrong to something else, an excuse. Excellent. I love his thinking.

  10. What could be better than listening to CS Lewis? Having his timeless writing illuminated artistically! Thanks very much for this excellent production!!

  11. Used to be called the law of human nature! Interesting, now when people break the law of nature the main excuse used is, well, I'm only human, or I'm not a saint. This law that everyone knows is the law of God and He has written it in our hearts and minds, as He said would. AWESOME!

  12. Great video, but one thing I am confused about is why can't this be explained by Darwin's theory of natural selection/altruism?

  13. I've always wanted to read this book and have tried and failed because I couldn't understand it. Thank you for posting these it makes this book so much more understandable.
