Transistorradios mit Germanium Transistoren Geburtstagsgeschenk von Stefan0719 – eflose #208

Hello, I have Stefan0719 get two radios for my birthday he bought that for me, that would be a radio now and that was the second radio this is a small medium wave radio I’ll take care of that later and the radio that was very very quiet you have like that
good as nothing at all and then has almost completely exposed and now I changed a condenser on the radio, that was the one here, it was here that’s the original one in it that is a what does it say … a 100 100 MF 10 volts so 100 μF 10 volts from some weird company, plastic, and that has made a short circuit due to the short circuit, the radio has pulled 50 mA Now he’s swapped, I plug in the radio I have only exchanged the one now the radio is still very very quiet … You can hear it but it is very very quietly and the other Elkos here of the same type as there, or there or because they are also defect The radio is equipped exclusively with germanium transistors and that with 9 transistors has FM and medium wave and is really very old I will now gradually exchange the entire coupling capacitors, so like that and there and then have a look I replace the 30 MF 10 Volt with one um .. 33 μF 10 volts I just blew that out, that’s one a 5 MF 10 volts, ie 5 μF I replace it with a 4.7 μF 16 Volt Plus was right, so I solder the new one just like again the old one was in, the polarity there you have to be careful with the Elkos Now I will change all the Elkos by similar values OK, here was an Elko inside, that’s it of the 100 μF 10 volts that is already expired you can see here the white stuff there and on the board here you can see that it has leaked I will change that too then I would have exchanged all Elkos now then I can try the radio Everything Elcos are new everything else is still original but the Elkos are all ah there’s an Elko, I forgot that, I should also swap So there and there The Elkos are all so broken, all in there I have exchanged all Elkos now that would be the old Elkos and you can already see … that some have already expired, they are somehow poured down with something also Alubecher maybe I’ll tear them down, the old Elkos, it’s 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, was not that 9? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 8 Elkos I was hoping to leave one in or something but I really had to trade everyone so even the parallel to the battery I had to swap because it was already expired and got warm therefore all Elkos swapped with new ones now clamp the battery to it times ne 9 volt block battery clamped, or 9 volt block battery Contact would only have to turn it a bit to the point that it has contact the battery clip he does not have that good contact … ah now, exactly you can already tell that is very very loud, very very loud is that, then I turn on the transmitter here Pll transmitter 786 ok that would have to be at the beginning of the VHF scale, there it is I somehow get that sound once well, this is my own FM station and the radio is really very loud you can tell So with the new Elkos there is something the whole part is real only equipped with germanium transistors and 2 germanium diodes there are 2 germanium diodes here ah there is an old Elko in it I have missed one more that is a 5 … 5 μF I’ll let him in there while he’s still fine So a single one is still in it that would be the final stage, so the 2, which controls the transformer in push-pull to the speaker the 2 are controlled via the transformer of the transistor the transistor is controlled via the transistor and the Elkos were broken, so the and the which is why he was very very quiet the Elko was broken, which had a short circuit and the Elko was also broken, which also passes the audio signal on earth that’s the Elko which almost had a short circuit that had already leaked which is parallel to the battery it looks like it works just fine As transistors we have the two in the NF branch then the one here who drives the two via the transformer then the one here who drives the one then here the volume control and then… at AM I think about the diodes, ZF and so on the two transistors that would be the VHF transistors for FM and FM modulation and here 1, 2, 3 IF transistors for the intermediate frequencies and mixers are all germanium then various filters to adjust, here, here, here and here and so looks all right then the coil, I guess for FM also with a core so good on the quality then I build the radio again I am glad that it works, it works on VHF and it also works on medium wave

    danke!bea

  4. ach macht das Lust auf Basteln- danke. Ich habe letztens auch ein Ge Trans. Kofferradio geschenkt bekommen- was für die Weihnachtszeit.
